Do you do cub scouts with your kids, or have you ever thought about it?
I was able to spend this last weekend with both our kindergartener and 3rd grader camping out for cub scouts. This was a first for our 5-year-old, but I feel like out 8-year-old is a pro now. Scouts is such an incredible experience not just for our kids, but for us as parents as well. This weekend we got to do a lot of fun things like build a tent, hike, play in the woods, and we even burnt a flag. Confused? No this wasn't some cult ritual.
