Blue Zones Part 1 - What Are They and How Do They Apply to Being a Dad?
Show Notes

This week I start a new 4 part series on the book Blue Zones by Dan Buettner.  In the book he describes various areas around the globe where your chance to live past 100-years-old is significantly higher than the rest of the world.  Why is that?  What is it about these locations that heavily influences each individuals health and wellbeing?

In Part 1 of 4, I focus on what Blue Zones are (in case you haven't heard of them) and how they apply to being a dad.  I touch on some common themes throughout the book and how you can start making changes to your daily habits NOW to get closer to your life long health goals.

Make sure to take a listen to Part 1 of Blue Zones today, and tune in this Friday for a Review Episode and next week for Part 2 which will focus on Sardinia, Italy and Nicoya, Costa Rica.

This week's episode is sponsored by Dr Errin Weismann and her Podcast Doctor Me First found at doctorpodcastnetwork.com/doctormefirst
