This week's Wednesday episode focused on our BRAINS and why we CHOOSE to yell as parents. Yes, I said choose. It is a choice you make, even at the most primitive level. I also discussed ways to improve that response.
What about our kids? How can we help them stop the yelling (or at least reduce it) and improve quality of life at home? This week's Friday Review gives one strategy I recommend to many families (and should also probably do more myself).
