Today's review episode focuses on my personal THOUGHTS and BELIEFS and how it affected me during what should have been a proud moment during my son's baseball game. We can very easily trick our brains to feel a certain way, when we really should be looking to our kids on how to think in certain scenarios. Just don't tell my son I said that. He would never let me live it down.
